What do you mean by “low sodium”?
My husband’s doctor has prescribed a daily sodium limit of 1,000 mg to 1,500 mg per day. He typically sticks to the low end of that range. The recipes on this site will range from ~0 mg up to about 350 mg per serving.
Do you have any formal training?
No. I have no formal nutrition training. Nor do I have any formal training as a chef. I am just a girl who loves to cook and loves the challenge of making low sodium food taste great.
What is the source for nutritional information?
I used a desktop app created by CalorieKing.com. Nutritional analysis is approximate, based upon the weights and measures that I used while developing the recipe. Using alternate brands of ingredients may change the nutritional values.
